After years of working with business owners on asset finance, while always working for someone else or for a bank, I've finally taken the decision to do what every single one of my customers had already done, and become the owner of my own business.
What better way to properly understand and relate to what customers are going through, than being a business owner myself.
So, along with my wife and now business partner Alana Mackenzie, we've set up Mackenzie Commercial Finance Limited. A true Highlands based family business run by people from the area. We're based at 24 Longman Drive in Inverness which is perfectly placed to get out and visit customers across the North of Scotland and beyond.
Our Focus
MCF will have a strong focus on asset finance, and in particular equity release from existing business assets through refinance. That's always been the part of the job I've enjoyed most, and it's where I can best put my experience to work for other people.

Rather than work with a limited number of lenders, we wanted to offer as much of the market as possible.
