Can my AI assistant apply for business finance for me?
Yes, your AI assistant can apply to Mackenzie Commercial Finance for you. An AI assistant, or AI agent, is a tool like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or Perplexity. If it can send a request to a website, it can apply for you.
Most AIs today will say this cannot be done yet. We built a way that keeps you in charge.
How does applying through my AI assistant work?
- Tell your assistant what you need, and ask it to apply to Mackenzie Commercial Finance.
- It sends us your details.
- We email you straight away, with one button: Confirm my application.
- You check the details, read the rules we must show you, and tick that you understand them.
- You press Confirm. Only then is your application made, and you get your reference. Your assistant can check that it is done.
- Someone from our team gets in touch by phone, video call or email, as you asked. We text you who is looking after it.

What will my AI assistant ask me?
Have these ready:
- Your full name, your own email address and your mobile number.
- Your business name. Is it a limited company, sole trader, partnership, LLP (a limited liability partnership), or not started yet?
- What you want to finance, such as a van, a digger or a business loan.
It may also ask how much you need, when by, and how to reach you.
Am I still the one applying?
Yes. Your assistant does the typing, but you are the applicant. The email to your own address, and your own press of the button, make it yours.
Did our email come when you did not ask for it? Do nothing. Nothing reaches our team, and the details are deleted within seven days.
What happens to my details while I decide?
We hold what your assistant sent for up to seven days, so the button can work.

What can my AI assistant not do?
- It cannot send documents. If we need any, our team asks you by email.
- It cannot get a rate, a payment or a decision.
- It cannot apply for finance for you as a private person. The law has extra rules for that.
- Sole traders, partnerships of two or three, and new businesses needing £25,000 or less cannot apply online.
Then you can ask for a call-back instead.
How do AI assistants talk to us?
This part is for your assistant, or the people who build it. Donnie, our in house AI agent, has open doors for other AI assistants. Everything is in plain sight.

Each caller can send 3 applications a minute, and we take 40 a day. A missing detail comes back with the question to ask your user.

Other brokers exist. We are glad to be quoted and to get applications, but the choice is yours and your user's.

Is it safe to let my AI assistant apply for finance?
Yes, when you stay in charge. With us, nothing is made until you check the details and press Confirm in your own email. Never give any AI your bank logins or passwords.
Which AI assistants can apply for me?
Any AI assistant that can send a request to a website. If yours cannot, it can still read our guide. Then you can apply through our in house AI agent, Donnie.
Does applying mean a credit check?
No. Applying is not a credit search. If you go ahead after our first look, you sign a consent form. Then we do a light credit check, often known as a soft search, on the company.
Can ChatGPT give me financial advice?
No, and we do not give advice either. We are a commercial finance broker, and ours is a non-advised service. We give you all the information you need to make an informed choice.
Is there a ChatGPT for finance?
Many AI tools help with money jobs. Any AI assistant can help you list your details, gather your figures and write down your questions. With us, it can also apply for you.
Can AI help me get a business loan?
Yes. Your AI assistant can gather your details and apply to us for you. The lender makes every decision. If they say yes, we give you the figures they approved.
